I didn’t enjoy it or the drama that surrounded those years – especially the “romance” drama, so I avoid books about it - even those with a “happily ever after” unless there’s a REALLY good story that surrounds it.
There was fantastic momentum and I loved every page right up until the cliff-hanger ending. Fluss covers all the bases of how to transform your call centeror dramatically increase its sales and service performance. The book includes biographies of country artists (those who are well-known, as well as some forgotten gems), discographies, reviews, and essays which fit the music into a broader social and historical perspective.
