This is a tremendously useful book with a lucid and practical advice for businesses looking to improve their use of social media. After realizing in Big Girls Do Cry that her best friend Jerome secretly and single handedly plotted and executed the destruction of her marriage, Lorraine is heartbroken that she was duped into starting a new romance and kicking hubby Leon to the curb.
