My Nana taught me to make jelly and jam 25 years ago using the very same simple and easy to follow steps that Linda shows us. Instead of premixing flour blends in cannisters as is suggested, I individually measure one batch plastic bags, so all I have to do is add the wet ingredients and yeast.
